H.E. Prof. Sarah Mbi Enow Anyang is a distinguished academic and policymaker renowned for her leadership in education, science, and technology across Africa. As the former AU Commissioner for Human Resources, Science, and Technology, she spearheaded continental education, research, and youth empowerment strategies. With over 25 years in academia, and Governing board member of: FAWE AFRICA, UIL, UNITAR, FIAU ; she has shaped policies that drive innovation and capacity development. A Fulbright Scholar and influential voice in African higher education, she brings a wealth of expertise to the WLHE Summit 2025, inspiring discussions on policy reform, research leadership, and advancing women’s roles in academia.
